Product packaging consisted of the product sealed in a cardboard box. On the outside of the cardboard box is the sellers name. Inside the box is the product with some foam packaging around the legs and top of the trainer. In the middle contained in a foam box was the tools, front wheel stand, instruction, and the resistance wheel. It was very easy to assemble but the instructions for the set-up could be a little more detailed. What you basically end up doing is using the pictures as well as common sense for what fits where. Once the trainer is all set you need to install the included quick release so that the trainer will be compatible with the bike. After the quick release in installed just place the bike int he trainer and raise the height of the resistor. After everything is locked and set-up for the rear tire you can put the front tire on the riser to make the bike level for usage. Then if the resistor controller is not already installed on your bike you can then place it on the handlebars. You'll be ready for usage after that and if you need to, you can use the control to change the level of the resistor. For storage the trainer folds and takes less space.

Overall:
For the price and the quality of the product this trainer is really quite a good deal. The ability to fold it helps keep storage space minimal when no in usage. The sold design is very stable with usage and gives me no worries about the product. I do suggest to get a different riser, like the ones with multiple heights to get more out of this product.
